Section 167
According to this Act
(1) Matters written in this Act shall be in accordance with this Act and other laws in force.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the case of matters mentioned in the prevailing law relating to prevention of money laundering or financial investment in terrorist activities, it shall be in accordance with the said Act.
